how to send in your quilt top
After placing your order for Long-Arm quilting services you will be responsible for the shipping to get the quilt to our studio. All quilt tops and batting will need to be shipped to the following address;

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Return Shipping Methods: We offer a range of shipping options, including standard, expedited, and international shipping. The shipping method you choose will determine the delivery timeframe and cost.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight of the items in your order. Shipping charges will be added after services completed.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@quiltbatiks.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
